Facts about my life...

My birth given name was: Boiko, Vladimir Vladimirovitch, born November 24, 1990

Birthplace: City: Temirtay; Karaganda region; Kazakhstan Soviet Socialist Republic (it was still communist at that time)

Birth Parents:
Boiko, Vladimir Ivanovitch, German;
Boiko Natalia Pavlovna, Ukranian

Since they both have the same last name, I assume they were married. It’s interesting that my father’s name is Boiko because that is actually a Ukrainian name—so, he must have been Ukrainian also. Often people have more than one nationality in their past.

First adoptive parents: Mamlejyanov Zhastklek Zhastlekovitch, Kazakh; Mameljyanova Bakhutzhun, Kazakh
Father: died February 28, 1996 at 47 years (tuberculosis)
Mother: died May 31, 1997 at 48 years old (alcoholic miocardiopatia)
My Name: Mamlejyanov Ruslan Zhastlekovitch
Adoption Certificate: April 4, 1991

Guardianship History:
You were under the legal guardianship of Vikhman Olga Mikhailovna from when you were 6 ½ until you were 9. (from July 1, 1997 until January 21, 2000—about 2.5 years) . They were my legal guardians but not my legal parents. I was never legally Vikhman. However It is not unusual for Guardians to use their last name for a child living with them. In this case they did.
